Privacy
Your privacy and the trust placed in you
Latter Day Leaders exists to help leaders care for the people they serve. The information you keep here is sacred and personal, and we treat it that way.
Last updated: June 2026
Information we collect
We collect the information leaders choose to add as they organize their stewardship, such as action items, announcements, and the details needed to plan sacrament meetings. We also collect basic account information used to sign in and keep your records secure.
How we use information
Information you add is used only to provide the service: to keep your records organized, to make them available to the leaders who share a stewardship, and to operate and improve the app. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see your information
Access is limited to the leaders within your unit who are meant to share that information, and access follows your calling. When your role changes, access can change with it. This keeps personal and sacred details with the leaders who need them and away from those who do not.
Keeping information secure
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information entrusted to us against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No system can promise perfect security, so we encourage leaders to use strong passwords and to keep their account credentials private.
Keeping and removing information
We keep your information for as long as your unit uses the app and as needed to provide the service. If you would like information corrected or removed, contact us and we will help.
Children
Latter Day Leaders is intended for use by adult leaders. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app grows. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date shown above.
